We are seeking a skilled and motivated Assistant Community Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our community association, working closely with the board of directors and community members to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for community members, addressing questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assist in managing community finances, including budgeting, collecting dues and fees, and tracking expenses.
- Oversee the maintenance of common areas, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and overall quality.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and satisfactory completion of work.
- Collaborate with the board of directors to ensure adherence to community policies and procedures.
- Support various administrative and operational tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Not required but prefered 3 years of experience in community management or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with a diverse group of people.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with a talent for multitasking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred but not required.
