We are seeking a proactive and experienced Onsite Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of a large-scale homeowners association located in Lewes, DE. The Onsite Community Manager will work directly from the community’s onsite office and serve as the primary liaison between the Board of Directors, residents, vendors, and Premier’s corporate support team.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary onsite representative for the community, fostering strong relationships with board members, homeowners, and vendors.
- Oversee the daily operations of the community, including maintenance, inspections, and enforcement of association policies.
- Attend and coordinate board meetings, committee meetings, annual meetings, and community events.
- Assist the Board in preparing budgets, reviewing financial reports, and managing expenditures.
- Ensure timely response to homeowner inquiries, work orders, and service requests.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee contracted services, ensuring quality and adherence to agreements.
- Enforce community rules and regulations fairly and consistently.
- Monitor community appearance and property standards, addressing violations and maintenance issues promptly.
- Maintain records, prepare reports, and support board initiatives and long-term planning.
- Collaborate with Premier’s internal departments including accounting, compliance, and administrative support to meet the community’s needs.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in community association management or related field (onsite experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of community governance, vendor coordination, and homeowner relations.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software (experience with Vantaca is a plus).
- CMCA certification or willingness to obtain within the first year of employment (preferred).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
