Premier Cleaning & House Organization LLC is a growing residential cleaning and home-organization company serving Central Jersey. We are not a basic “quick clean” company. Our team is trained to notice the details, work carefully and provide a complete Home Reset experience for every client.

We are looking for dependable, hardworking and detail-oriented individuals who take pride in creating beautifully clean homes. Cleaning experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living spaces
• Dust furniture, baseboards, moldings, doors and other surfaces
• Clean mirrors, fixtures, cabinet exteriors and commonly overlooked areas
• Vacuum carpets, rugs, stairs and upholstered furniture
• Vacuum and mop hard floors
• Change bed linens and perform light home-reset tasks when requested
• Follow Premier Home’s cleaning procedures and safety standards
• Use cleaning products and equipment correctly and responsibly
• Work efficiently as part of a three-person team
• Complete a final walkthrough and checklist before leaving each home
• Treat every client, home and personal belonging with care and respect
• What We’re Looking For
• Reliable, punctual and available on scheduled workdays
• Strong attention to detail
• Honest, respectful and professional
• Comfortable working on a team and following instructions
• Able to stand, bend, kneel and perform repetitive cleaning movements
• Able to lift and carry approximately 25–30 pounds
• Reliable transportation to the designated meeting location
• Comfortable working in homes with pets
• Willing to complete a background check
• Previous residential cleaning experience is preferred but not required
