Role Description – Business Executive/ Business Development Representative (BDR)
Premier Claims is hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) to help drive growth by building relationships, creating opportunities, and connecting clients with our services.
In this role, you’ll partner with contractors, property owners, and referral sources to identify opportunities, educate potential clients, and move opportunities through the sales process. You’ll own relationship-building from first conversation through handoff and play a key role in generating new business.
This is an in-office role based in Omaha, NE (M–F, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | Wednesdays work from home) and includes a structured 90-day training program, where we provide study materials and pay for your Public Adjuster licensing process.
What we’re looking for:
Prior sales experience is required
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable working toward goals and KPIs (150 outgoing calls per week)
Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to succeed
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) is a plus
Experience with claims or any background in construction/roofing is a huge plus as well
