Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Lithia, FL for a Practice Manager at Premier Care Pediatrics. The Practice Manager will be responsible for overseeing administrative operations, supervising staff, and managing revenue cycle management for the practice.
Job Responsibilities
- Manages daily operations of pediatrics practice with kindness and helpfulness, ensuring satisfaction of staff, providers, and patients and their families.
- Hires, trains, supervises, and conducts performance evaluations of clinical and administrative staff. Oversees employee timesheets and leave records. Covers front desk and Medical Assistant tasks, when necessary and appropriate to licensure.
- Identifies and resolves operational problems. Develops and implements action plans to improve practice performance in areas such as employee turnover, patient access, and financial outcomes.
- Ensures efficient revenue cycle operations, including insurance verification, billing, denial management, collections, and bank deposit preparation and reconciliation.
- Interact with vendors, suppliers, and other related entities as necessary. Ensures ordering, receiving, utilization, and tracking of all supplies and medications.
- At the direction of physician-owner, tracks financial and operational metrics, including revenue, expenses, no show rates, e-bill usage rates, days in accounts receivable, and operating budgets.
- Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including HIPAA, OSHA, and AHCA.

Schedule
- Full-time; 7:45 am to 5 pm; Monday-Friday with occasional weekends and after-hours, as needed.

Preferred Qualifications
- Business and operations management experience
- Certified Medical Office Manager (CMOM)
Salary : $50,000 - $65,000
