Premier Care Home Services Inc. provides care for individuals with chronic medical conditions and disabilities in our three Dakota County locations. Our positive, professional staff provides a premier standard of care under MN 245(D) guidelines.
Application for this position is open to only LPN and RN Students, and other allied Medical Professional Students. Paid training is an important part of our staff development. Successful candidates must be dependable, able to work independently or as part of a team and can pass background checks. Basic first aid and CPR training can be provided.

We have openings in all our three Homes located in Burnsville, Rosemount and Lakeville for overnight shifts, 10pm-7am

Duties include:
- Be on time for each scheduled shift
- The use of Medical Equipment for which full training will be provided
- Check in with PM staff for any need-to-know information regarding persons served and any health concerns
- Read through Progress notes on how the day went for each person served
- Set up and put on C-pap and By-pap machines for designated persons
- Medication administration as applicable
- G-tube flushes
- Check each person at least every two hours and monitor health or signs of distress
- Monitor catheter drainage output, empty catheter bag in the AM before shift ends and document
- Light House duties

- If immediately interested in applying for overnights, you must be able to train for 2 weeks during the day (7a - 3p; 3p - 10p) depending on comfort level and experience level before working overnight shifts.
