Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the Social Services Department
Support residents’ emotional and psychosocial needs
Participate in care planning, assessments, and discharges
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Guide families with resources (Medicare/Medicaid, services, etc.)
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field
At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting as a Social Worker
