What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hospitality Coordinator position at Premier Cadbury?

Our Hospitality Coordinator is responsible for:
- Greeting guests and others in a courteous, polite and warm manner.

- Directs and provides assistance to visitors as needed and ensures all visitors sign in and wear a visitor’s badge.

- Respond to the needs of residents, families and visitors by providing immediate assistance.

- Welcomes new residents upon the arrival to the Community. If after hours/weekend, delegates this responsibility.

- Makes welcome calls to new resident family members within first 24 hours
*
- Visits new residents for the first 3 days after they move in
*
- Ensues new residents rooms are cleaned and ready prior to admission
*
- Responsible for admission gift, welcome sign, updated phone list, current calendar, TV on music when resident arrives
*
- Assists Sub acute rehab residents select their meals electronically or assigns a person to assist
*
- Provides clerical and administrative support to the Health Care Center
*
- Answer telephone, determine nature of call and relay information or route call as appropriate.
This position is Monday through Friday 8am-4pm and every other weekend.
