Summary: Chef de Cuisine of The 2 Michelin Key rated Washington School House Hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Managing all kitchen operations for the hotel.
•  Ordering and keeping inventory of all food and beverage.
•  Prepping & cooking for all breakfast, lunch, and dinner services.
•  Training line cooks to prep and cook for all food services.
•  Maintaining cleanliness of all kitchen supplies and equipment on a daily basis.
• May perform other duties as assigned to support department goals.
• May occasionally work extended hours based on operational needs.

Experience and Skills: 

•  Kitchen Experience in a management role as a Sous Chef or higher.
•  Basic knife skills and cooking preparation experience.
•  Ability to work cohesively and politely with a team environment.
• Must be able to show up on time every shift.

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time, salary position. Shifts may vary based on business needs and include weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Team members are expected to be available for morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, with schedules typically released 2 weeks in advance. Flexibility and reliability are essential to support guest services throughout the day and maintain consistent coverage.

Salary Range:

The salary for this position typically ranges from $19.00 - $24.00 an hour, depending on qualifications, experience, and other factors. Please note that the final offer may differ based on the candidate's specific qualifications, skills, and experience, as well as internal equity and business needs.
