Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and versatile Handyman/Laborer to join our dynamic facilities maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of repair, maintenance, and improvement tasks across residential and commercial properties. Your expertise will help ensure that our facilities remain safe, functional, and visually appealing. Duties
- Conduct general repairs and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, carpentry, painting, and drywall work to uphold property standards.
- Perform electrical work such as troubleshooting circuits, replacing fixtures, and
- Operate tools and equipment safely, including welders, ohmmeters, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for various projects.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance, handyman work, or related roles with a strong mechanical background.
- Knowledge of schematics, electrical systems etc.
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately to perform repairs or installations effectively.
- Strong communication skills in English for clear reporting and collaboration with team members or clients.
- Hands-on experience with residential painting and general carpentry is preferred.
- Familiarity with software for maintenance tracking is desirable.

Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
