We are currently seeking an Associate Brand Marketing Manager.


This position reports directly to the VP of Marketing and works closely with the Director of Marketing, Creative Services.


SOCIAL MEDIA & CONTENT

  • Support the planning and execution of seasonal social media and influencer marketing initiatives across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and X.
  • Manage the social content calendar, daily publishing, and channel execution across all brand platforms.
  • Assist with social media reporting, analytics tracking, and performance recaps.
  • Monitor industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activity and share relevant insights with the team.
  • Support paid social campaigns in partnership with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Assist with community management, including responding to customer inquiries and engaging with followers across social platforms and brand websites.
  • Conduct competitor and market research on a regular basis.


CONTENT CREATION

  • Work closely with the Graphic Designer to create a diverse mix of content formats, including styling, storytelling, behind-the-scenes, product-focused, and trend-driven assets.
  • Coordinate and schedule social content to support seasonal marketing initiatives and product launches.
  • Develop supplemental social content to complement seasonal brand campaigns.


INFLUENCER & COMMUNITY MARKETING

  • Coordinate influencer gifting, partnerships, and campaign logistics.
  • Assist with influencer outreach, product seeding, tracking, and follow-up.
  • Support community engagement initiatives across brand channels.


CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION

  • Partner with Design and Sales teams to align on seasonal product focuses, retailer priorities, and product procurement.
  • Support the Director of Marketing, Creative Services on photoshoot preparation and execution, including sample packing, steaming, organization, and shoot logistics.
  • Assist the VP of Marketing with social commerce initiatives and product sampling programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure marketing content and campaigns support broader business objectives.


SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3–5 years of experience in social media, content marketing, influencer marketing, brand marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficient with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and Meta Business Suite.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Bridge) and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong visual storytelling ability with a fashion and lifestyle sensibility.
  • Highly organized with strong project management and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to assist with physical tasks associated with photoshoot preparation, including carrying samples, packing trunks, and organizing product.



Salary Range: $80K - $85K *Actual base salary for this role within the above range will be based upon experience, qualifications and/or assigned unit.
