Job description:

Premier Bowling & Recreation Center(Raytown location) is looking for positive & hard working individuals to join our team. We are looking for individuals that are dependable, reliable, and have the ability to work independently and with other team member. Fast pace customer service, multi-task and be able to think and act quickly while retaining self-composure. Must be flexible, meaning able to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Job description: Bowling Center Attendant

*Must be assertive to enforce policies of the bowling center. This job is not for shy or timid personalities. When necessary you have to approach customers to ask them to follow our policies.
* Assign lanes and assist customer(s) with lane set up and directions
* Retrieve balls and dead wood
*Troubleshoot, identify and handle lane malfunction calls: including operation of lane intercom
*Clean up tables & area on bowling lane quickly for next session

*Assist with crowd control during busy periods or special events

*Log customer(s) into Laser tag and provide customers with instructions
*Assist in expediting other areas during rush hour or when busy.
*Maintain on an ongoing basis throughout the shift, the cleanliness of front desk, bowling area, arcade, restroom and bowling lanes
*Process payment transactions
*Handle sales and incoming phone calls
* Ability to handle cash transactions and maintain accuracy
*Familiarity with food service operations is beneficial
* Comfortable engaging in public speaking or theater performances
* Strong conflict management skills to handle challenging situations

Bowling center employment: 1 year (Preferred)

League Bowling: 1 years (Preferred)

Customer service: 3 years (Preferred) previous experience in entertainment or similar setting is preferred

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Experience:

• Cashier & Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver License (Preferred)
