Full-Time | Commission-Only | $7,000–$9,000 Monthly Potential
Premier Automotive is a high-volume, high-traffic dealership known for having one of the largest Tesla inventories in the region. We are currently replacing one of our three Customer Experience Specialists, and even with a full staff of three, the dealership stays extremely busy with walk-ins, phone calls, and online leads. It is genuinely hard to keep up, which is why this role earns consistently well.
This is not a typical sales job. There is no negotiating, no closing, and no pressure-selling involved. Managers handle all pricing and deal structure.

We are not looking for a traditional salesperson. We want someone who is friendly, confident, comfortable talking to people, and able to make customers feel welcomed. Your role is communication and coordination, not sales or negotiation.
Position Overview
You will be the first point of contact for many customers and will guide them through the start of their visit.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering incoming calls and responding to online leads
- Scheduling appointments and managing follow-ups in the CRM
- Greeting walk-ins and introducing them to a manager
- Taking customers on short test drives
- Printing and installing temporary tags after the sale
- Keeping the front desk and lobby area professional and organized
You do not handle:
- Negotiating
- Closing
- Financing
Compensation
This is a commission-only position with strong earning potential.
We understand many people prefer hourly pay; however, this position consistently pays more. Premier Automotive sells 100–150 cars per month, and the two people currently in this role earn $7,000–$9,000 per month. The third person we are replacing also earns in that same range.
Exact pay structure:
- Commission will be discussed in person
- Tiered-based pay system
- Constant customer assignment due to high traffic and heavy lead volume
- Commission is earned when customers show, buy, and when your steps (test drive and temporary tags) are completed
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, confident, and good with people
- Professional in appearance and communication
- Organized and able to multitask
- Comfortable with phones, texting, and CRM tools
- Able to handle short test drives
- Capable of keeping up in a busy, high-traffic environment
- Has some level of customer service experience (does not need to be sales; could be hospitality, retail, call center, front desk, etc.)
This position is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people without doing any pressure sales.
