What You’ll Do as a Manager-in-Training:
- Drive Results: Maintain top-tier sales performance across new and pre-owned inventory while delivering five-star client experience.
- Master Operations: Learn the inner workings of dealership management, including internet lead optimization, desking, inventory velocity, and social selling.
- Lead & Mentor: Assist in coaching, training, and developing junior sales consultants to build a high-performing team.
