As a Receptionist/Front Desk Salesperson, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly attitude, both in-person and over the phone.
• Managing appointments and schedules to keep the shop running smoothly.
• Assisting customers with inquiries about our products and services.
• Handling sales transactions and maintaining accurate records.
• Keeping the front desk area organized and presentable.
• Supporting the team with administrative tasks as needed.

We’re seeking someone who is professional, personable, and passionate about the automotive world. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, such as reception or sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and organized mindset to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with scheduling or sales systems.
• A genuine interest in custom automotive parts and services.
