Swim Instructor
Premier Athletic Club is seeking enthusiastic and dependable Swim Instructors to join our aquatics team!
We are looking for experienced, energetic instructors who enjoy working with swimmers of all ages and abilities. Swim Instructors will provide group lessons, private lessons, and semi-private lessons, helping members develop confidence, proper technique, water safety skills, and overall swimming ability.
Responsibilities:
- Teach engaging and effective swimming lessons to children and adults
- Conduct group, private, and semi-private lessons
- Assess swimmers' abilities and adapt instruction to individual needs
- Create a positive, encouraging, and safe learning environment
- Teach proper swimming techniques and water safety skills
- Maintain a professional and positive relationship with members and families
- Follow all pool safety and facility policies
Qualifications:
- Previous swim instruction experience preferred
- Strong swimming skills and knowledge of proper technique
- Ability to work with swimmers of varying ages and skill levels
- Friendly, patient, dependable, and enthusiastic personality
- Lifeguard certification and/or swim instructor certification a plus
- CPR/AED certification a plus
