Director of Rehabilitation Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily operations of the rehabilitation department
• Supervise and support therapy staff (PT, OT, SLP, and assistants)
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
• Manage department budgets and productivity
• Coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary team
• Assist with hiring, training, and evaluating therapy staff
• Maintain quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation and billing
• Serve as a liaison between therapy department and facility leadership
Director of Rehabilitation Skills:
• Strong leadership and supervisory abilities
• Current knowledge of treatment practices and regulatory standards
• Knowledge of Net Health Electronic Documentation System preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
Director of Rehabilitation Requirements:
• Active/Valid Arkansas license in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology
• Previous management or supervisory experience preferred
• In good standing with all regulatory agencies and licensing boards
