Before the program begins, you will work part-time in a non-certified ancillary role (such as dietary or housekeeping) at our facility. This allows you to gain hands-on experience, earn income, and prepare for success before transitioning into the CNA class and a full-time CNA role upon successful completion.

Eligibility Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be hired into a part-time ancillary (non-certified) position
- Must work a minimum of 30 days in the ancillary position prior to CNA class start
- Must successfully complete CNA training and certification requirements
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the facility
- Must be available to work evening and night shifts as a CNA
