Repossession Agent

Join our team at Premier Adjusters, Inc. as a Night Shift Recovery Agent/Tow Truck Driver in our hiring cities in Texas. With over 45 years in the automotive repossession industry, we offer stable employment and the opportunity for advancement.

Work Schedule: Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM

Pay: $750.00 - $1,500.00 per week. (commission pay)

Job Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

· Drive a company-equipped self loader with license plate scanning technology.

· Use an iPad and Google-based mobile applications for navigation and updating accounts.

· Responsible for open assignments within assigned territory.

· Responsible for transporting vehicles to and from storage facility, scheduling, and picking up voluntary repossessions.

Minimum Requirements:

· At least 23 years old (for insurance purposes).

· Valid TDLR Driver’s License with a clean driving record.

· Able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening per TDLR drug testing procedures.

· Dependable, able to work full 40-hour weeks.

· Basic computer/smart device skills for operating iPads and related software.

Preferred Requirements:

· 2 years in collateral recovery with tow truck wheel lift or roll back experience.

· Experience with Clearplan and RDN system

Education: High School or equivalent
