We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Technician to join our team and deliver exceptional service in maintaining and repairing HVAC systems across various properties. Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration equipment, ventilation systems, and related mechanical components.
• Read and interpret schematics, technical diagrams, and HVAC design plans to accurately diagnose issues and implement effective solutions.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure system reliability and efficiency across multiple properties.
• Conduct plumbing work related to HVAC systems, such as pipe repairs or replacements for refrigerant lines or water supply connections.
• Utilize specialized tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing and welding equipment for component repairs or modifications.
• Diagnose complex mechanical problems using mechanical knowledge and field service techniques; repair or replace faulty parts promptly.
• Maintain detailed service records, complete shift reports, and document all repairs performed to ensure compliance with safety standards and operational protocols.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HVAC service technician with a strong background in construction or property maintenance environments.
• Knowledge of schematics, HVAC design principles, refrigeration systems including ammonia refrigeration, and plumbing fundamentals.
• Mechanical aptitude with experience in equipment repair, appliance repair, boiler operation, welding, and general maintenance tasks.
• Familiarity with HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning / Refrigeration) systems and the ability to read technical diagrams accurately.
• Hands-on experience with field service operations involving air conditioning units, refrigeration systems, ammonia refrigeration systems, and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Ability to operate electrical testing tools such as ohmmeters; competent in welding techniques when needed for repairs or modifications.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating drivers preferred for transportation between job sites.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
