What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Process payments, service accounts, and verify required documentation
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently
- Maintain accurate customer and account records
- Process mail and support day-to-day operational activities
- Prioritize workload and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
What We're Looking For

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service, administrative, banking, insurance, or financial services experience preferred
