Preman Roofing Solar – San Diego, CAPreman Roofing Solar is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Residential Roofing Estimator specializing in HOA and Property Management accounts. This role will lead our growth within homeowner associations, multi-family communities, and property management portfolios throughout Southern California.We are looking for a strong estimator who also understands relationship-based selling. Success in this role requires technical roofing knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to build long-term partnerships with HOA boards and property managers.Job Activities:- Conduct roof inspections for single-family homes, townhomes, and large HOA communities.- Prepare detailed proposals for: Re-roofs, Repairs and maintenance programs- Perform accurate quantity take-offs and labor/material forecasting- Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth project transitions.- Develop and maintain relationships with HOA boards, community managers, and property management firms- Attend HOA meetings and property walks as needed.- Increase bid invitations through consistent follow-up and service excellence.Qualifications Experience- 3–5 years of residential roofing estimating experience (required)- Experience working with HOAs or property management companies (strongly preferred)- Proven ability to close residential or multi-unit roofing projectsTechnical Knowledge- Strong understanding of residential roofing systems including:Asphalt shinglesTile roofing (clay and concrete)TPO (low-slope residential/HOA applications)Underlayment systemsAbility to perform roof inspections and identify failure pointsThis is a base salary commission roleThis role is a direct hire and candidates represented by 3rd party headhunters/ recruiters will not be considered.
Salary : $85,000 - $110,000
