Job description:
PREM1ER LLC is a growing company that is looking for talented employees that bring a can-do attitude and an ability to think outside the box. PREM1ER was established in 2019, working with properties to grow their business thru unit renovations and Capital improvements, focused on the customer relationship and employee experience.
The role of Purchasing Assistant will largely entail working closely with the Director of Operations as well as the Field team. This position will be focused on supporting our field team with the acquisition of supplies needed to complete jobs, sourcing product, while maintaining the most economical price for materials needed.
Responsibilities:
- Communicating with management regularly regarding the efficient flow of goods and services affecting job completion.
- Assesses current material availability; reasonably predicts future availability based on the market, delivery systems, and other variables.
- Maintaining relationships with suppliers while continually scouting for additional vendors.
- Compiling and analyzing data to perform price analysis as well as reviewing proposals to establish price objectives.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Inventory, Product Sourcing, Procurement, Purchasing Management.
- Must have a can-do attitude, hands on mentality, ambitious.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Must be able to work individually and with a team.
Physical Requirements:
This is a position which requires the Service Technician to frequently walk, stand and climb stairs in/around apartment homes, models, and properties. Must also operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs.
