Prelude's corporate office is located in Mechanicsburg, PA, but this position is onsite in McLean, VA. There may be potential for regional travel required and infrequent overnight travel if necessary.
Position Summary
The Client Technical Lead assists the leadership team by proactively serving as a field escalation point and senior level resource in support of client computing, networking, telecommunications, server, and cybersecurity. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, configuring, and upgrading hardware and software in collaboration with all technical teams as needed. The Technical Lead will also provide on-site or remote technical assistance to troubleshoot problems in a timely and accurate manner, as well as provide end-user training or general assistance where required. The Client Technical Lead has a leadership role and also partners with Client Relations and others for client technology lifecycle planning and budgeting.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a senior desktop or comparable technical role.
- Strong cross-discipline skills with desktop, network, and related technologies.
- Strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of end-user device technologies.
- Effective leadership and team building skills.
- Project management skills.
- Ability to adapt and keep skill set current with new technologies.
