Prell Restaurant Group, LLC is a fast-growing franchisee of Dunkin' with 17 stores across Los Angeles County and counting!
We’re expanding our HR team and looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented HR Generalist to help support our growing organization.
In this role, you’ll handle a variety of HR responsibilities — from onboarding and employee relations to assisting with overseeing and auditing ongoing training compliance. You’ll work closely with managers to ensure policies are followed, documentation is complete, and our teams stay engaged and supported.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support new hire onboarding, employee relations, and day-to-day HR operations
- Assist with overseeing and auditing ongoing training compliance
- Maintain accurate HR records, files, and reports
- Partner with payroll and benefits teams to ensure smooth operations
- Contribute to a collaborative, solutions-driven HR culture
Qualifications:
- 2 years of HR experience (multi-unit or hourly workforce experience preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while managing multiple priorities
- Working knowledge of HR laws and best practices
