Part-Time Associate Therapist (AMFT or APCC) Trauma-Informed | Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy | Supervision Provided
We’re a growing group practice seeking a part-time Associate Therapist (AMFT or APCC) who is passionate about trauma healing and open to learning innovative, evidence-based approaches—including Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP). This is a unique opportunity to work with private pay and insured clients in a supportive, high-integrity environment.
We’re especially looking for someone who is self-guided, detail-oriented, and eager to grow. Interest in KAP is essential; Brainspotting or somatic training is a plus.
Requirements
Experience with adults (experience with children and teens desired)
Strong clinical and documentation skills
Cultural humility and a neurodiversity-affirming lens
Available for in-person and HIPAA-compliant telehealth sessions
Must have or be eligible for an Associate Number (AMFT or APCC)
Training in Brainspotting or somatic modalities is a bonus

Opportunities to train in KAP and coordinate care with psychiatric providers
Brainspotting Supervision and potential consultation hours toward certification
$50/hour for direct client hours, plus additional compensation for administrative time.
