Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties (filing, typing correspondence, mailings)
- May assist with special projects
- May support leasing and/or marketing functions to include distributing marketing materials to properties
- May answer phones and greet visitors
- May create spreadsheets
- May open and distribute mail
Physical requirements:
- Ability to push, lift, pull and carry up to 75 pounds
- Ability to use hands and fingers
- Ability to bend, stop and crawl
- Ability to walk and climb stairs
