Property Name: The Flats at Carrs Hill
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Pick up grounds and trash at buildings (walk all floors)
- Remove all trash and belongings from vacant apartments (all floors)
- Move furniture (up and down stairs)
- punch apartments (small maintenance tasks) to get apartments ready for new tenants such as checking and changing light bulbs, gloves, fixtures, ballasts, blinds and air filters
- Light plumbing repair on sinks, toilets and bathtubs
- Tightening towel bars and toilet seats' installing shower rods
- Replacing drip pans and burners on range; caulking; etc,
- May clean buildings/units
- Walking units- inspecting for damages and/or ensuring move in ready condition
Physical requirements:
- Ability to push, lift, pull and carry up to 75 pounds
- Ability to use hands and fingers
- Ability to bend, stop and crawl
- Ability to walk and climb stairs

Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
