The organization focuses on teenage pregnancy prevention, restoring hope for those facing unplanned pregnancies, and reducing the incidence of subsequent births among non-equipped individuals. Through educational programs and supportive services, PPRC aims to address the complex challenges faced by young women, fostering healthier futures for them and their families.
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Maple Heights, OH for a Program Facilitator in Infant & Maternal Health. The Program Facilitator will plan and deliver educational workshops, provide direct support to participants, and create a safe, inclusive environment for program engagement. Responsibilities include program coordination, facilitation, participant development, outreach to community partners, and administrative support. The role requires collaboration with both staff and community members to ensure the efficient operation of maternal and infant health initiatives.
- Experience in program facilitation, group workshops, or community engagement
- Knowledge of maternal and infant health, adolescent development, or reproductive health
- Strong communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills
- Organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in administrative tasks, data collection, and reporting
- Commitment to serving diverse populations with empathy and cultural sensitivity
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Public Health, Education, or a related field preferred
- Understanding of or experience with urban community challenges is a plus
