EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR ROLE SUMMARY
The Executive Director serves as the spiritual and strategic leader of PCC, modeling a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. This role is responsible for guiding the ministry’s vision, cultivating community partnerships, fundraising, and ensuring operational excellence across all aspects of PCC’s work.
QUALIFICATIONS & ATTRIBUTES
Experience
- Must have a minimum of 2 years in a management or leadership role.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years in marketing, fundraising, public relations, or development.
- Must have a BA/BS or MA/MS in administration or a related field preferred.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Spiritual Leadership & Team Development
- Provide Christ-centered leadership, mentorship, and encouragement to staff and volunteers.
- Foster a culture of unity and spiritual growth.
Strategic Planning & Program Oversight
- Lead day-to-day operations and long-term strategic initiatives.
- Oversee program development to ensure alignment with PCC’s mission and values.
Fundraising & Community Engagement
- Develop and execute fundraising strategies to ensure financial sustainability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with supporters, churches, and community partners.
Marketing & Public Relations
- Represent PCC through public speaking, media engagement, and written communications.
- Promote the ministry’s mission with clarity, compassion, and conviction.
Organizational Management
- Direct budget planning, financial oversight, and resource stewardship.
- Support staff development through training, evaluation, and leadership cultivation.
