Job description
Pregl Services, Inc. - the One-Stop Vacuum Furnace MRO Pros, - is looking to hire an Production Team Member with strong manual machining skills to perform custom manufacturing and rebuilds of industrial equipment. www.pregl.com

The Production Team Member shows a demonstrated proficiency in: .
- Welding
- Mechanical systems.
- Blueprint and schematic reading.
- Communication skills.
- Analytic and problem-solving skills.
- Logic and critical-thinking skills.
- Organizational skills and clean up after project is done
Requirements:
- Previous experience in vacuum and/or atmosphere equipment preferred but NOT required will train
- High school diploma or equivalent. (Associates degree or vocational/technical training is strongly desired).
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 75 lbs on a daily basis.
- Eventually we will need a willingness to:
- travel to customer facilities for onsite repairs
- Ability to work at heights, work from a ladder
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Must be self-motivated, organized and responsible to plan, execute, and document.
- Must be able to exercise discretion and independent judgment.
- Ability to work effectively as a team member, assisting when and where needed.
