Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and clinically experienced Physician Assistant (PA) with a strong background in hormone therapy, medical weight management, peptide protocols, and wellness medicine. The ideal candidate will be passionate about functional health, fitness, longevity, and integrative medical care.
This role involves direct patient care, diagnostic test interpretation, individualized program design, and ongoing management of clients seeking advanced performance and health optimization solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive patient evaluations including medical history, physical examinations, and goal-setting consults focused on performance, longevity, and health optimization.
Design, implement, and manage individualized protocols involving:
- Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)
- Peptide Therapy
- GLP-1 agonist-based medical weight loss programs
- IV Nutrient Therapy
- Interpret and analyze diagnostic testing, including:
- Comprehensive blood panels
- DEXA body composition scans
- VO₂ Max and anaerobic threshold testing
- Resting metabolic rate and RMR testing
- Educate patients on exercise science principles, nutrition strategies, and lifestyle interventions to support their clinical plans.
- Provide ongoing follow-ups, therapy adjustments, and lab reviews to optimize clinical outcomes.
- Maintain meticulous clinical documentation and support compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with medical directors and clinical staff to ensure the highest standard of patient care.
Qualifications:
- Active PA license in good standing
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in hormone therapy, integrative medicine, or medical weight management preferred
- Proficiency in interpreting bloodwork, hormone panels, metabolic tests, and body composition assessments
- Working knowledge of peptide protocols, GLP-1 agonists, IV nutrient formulations, and exercise science
- Passion for longevity medicine, preventive care, and patient-centered performance optimization
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and patient education skills
- EMR proficiency and ability to manage clinical documentation accurately
Preferred Experience:
- Prior experience in concierge medicine, anti-aging clinics, or functional medicine practices
- Familiarity or willingness to. lean DEXA body scan interpretation, VO₂ Max and RMR testing protocols
- Knowledge of testosterone replacement therapy protocols, estrogen management
- Experience with patient coaching in fitness, nutrition, and wellness interventions
