About the Role
We're seeking an experienced, highly motivated Financial Advisor to join our growing team. In this role, you'll help serve our established clientele while becoming the primary advisor contact for new relationships. The ideal candidate embraces a service-driven philosophy, delivers customized financial strategies, and builds meaningful, lasting relationships with clients. You'll provide comprehensive financial advice, help clients pursue their long-term goals, and contribute directly to the firm's continued growth.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with senior advisors to develop comprehensive financial plans tailored to each client's needs.
- Manage and deepen existing client relationships while serving as the lead advisor on new relationships.
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform investment strategies.
- Manage client portfolios and monitor investment performance.
- Prepare and present clear financial reports and recommendations to clients.
- Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and consistent follow-up.
- Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, or a similar advisory role.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses (or the ability to obtain them within the first year of employment).
- Wisconsin Life and Health insurance licenses (or the ability to obtain them within the first year of employment).
- Strong analytical skills and a sharp attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency with financial planning software.
- A motivated self-starter who can analyze problems and find solutions independently.
- The ability to handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge of investment products and financial planning strategies.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
