What are the responsibilities and job description for the Closing Officer (1 year experience) position at Preferred Title, LLC?
Preferred Title, LLC. is looking for a Closing Officer to join our team. As an expanding title company throughout the Northwoods, we need this position will work closely with & handle the First Weber account in Wausau.
Preferred Title is a full service title company for both residential and commercial real estate transactions providing: title insurance, real estate closings, construction disbursements and other related services.
Determination of starting pay will be based on experience in the closing industry.
Job Functions:
Review and prepare closing documents
Communicate with Customers (Real Estate Agents, Sellers, buyers, Lenders, etc) Attend closing meetings with all parties
Review information from commitments, contracts, etc. Communicate effectively with all parties.
Have the ability to work well under time constraints and fast pace environment.
Job Requirements:
High School Diploma and/or GED, required
1-3 years’ experience in title/real estate, required
Post High School educations, preferred (business administration, legal or related field) Ability to work independently
Ability to analyze information to completion Accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent Customer Service skills.
