Rehab Team Leader (PT/ OT/ SLP/ PTA /OTA)

A full-time REHAB TEAM LEADER position is now available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing Rehab Department. This position is open to a PT/OT/SLP/PTA or OTA.

Qualifications:

Under the direction of a Rehab Director, a successful Rehab Team Leader will:

• Provide daily oversight of rehabilitation services
• Ensure efficient and effective operations of the facility's rehabilitation department
• Provide therapy services to patients
• Provide clinical support, training and oversight of specialty programs within his/her specific discipline.
• Plan and coordinate with other facility therapists in the implementation of programs and procedures to optimize patient outcomes
• Monitor patient admissions, schedules, MDS assessment periods and data
• Provide administrative supervision of therapists in the rehabilitation department
• Be a licensed PT/OT/SLP/PTA/OTA or license eligible in the state where employed

• Have experience as a treating therapist in the Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
