A Per-Diem Physical Therapy Assistant , (PTA), position is available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department located in Falmouth, MA. Once hired, you may join as many of our rosters as you would like.
This facility is ideal for sub-acute rehabilitation with multiple first floor private rooms and brand new gym space. We-re located in an isolated quiet part of town with ample outdoor space for community reintegration. Our gym was completely remodeled pre COVID. We-re looking for somebody with a passion for sub-acute rehabilitation as we have a very large transitional care caseload.

Requirements
- Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting
- Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment
- Possess a current Physical Therapy Assistant license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed
- Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation
- Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
- Work well with others in a team setting
- Be flexible with hours.
Salary : $35 - $42
