A Per-Diem floating Physical Therapist (PT/ RPT) position is available in multiple senior living communities in the assisted living, independent living and memory care settings. The successful candidate will float to facilities and private homes located in: Blue Hill and Deer Isle.

Responsibilities And Qualifications

The qualified candidate will:

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in the assisted living, independent living and outpatient clinic settings
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment
• Possess a current PT license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
• Work well with others in a team setting
• Be flexible with hours.
  
  

Good Faith Rate Range: $45/hr - $50/hr

A per-diem Physical Therapist, (PT / RPT), position is available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department.

The Qualified Candidate Will

• Possess a current Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed

• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
• Work well with others in a team setting
