Duties
- Translating from Spanish to English to manage workers & daily tasks
- Proofread and review project documents, proposals, and correspondence for clarity, accuracy, and professionalism
- Manage office responsibilities, working with clients in a professional manner
- Working directly with the company owner to accomplish tasks critical to business operation
- Handle data entry tasks using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools to maintain project records, schedules, and correspondence
- Organize and file documents systematically, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with company standards
- Support calendar management for project timelines, meetings, and appointments to keep teams aligned and deadlines met
Skills
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment
- Exceptional phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi-line phone systems and providing top-tier customer service
- Bilingual abilities are highly valued to assist diverse clients and team members seamlessly
- Previous office management or clerical experience within construction or related industries preferred
- Strong typing skills coupled with attention to detail for proofreading documents accurately
- Ability to handle data entry efficiently while maintaining high levels of accuracy and confidentiality
- Experience in construction preferred, with working knowledge of bid documents & contracts
- Personal assistant or administrative support experience that demonstrates proactive task management and calendar coordination
