If you’re interested in a dynamic position on a well-established and successful lending team, look no further; apply now!Compensation:$56,500Responsibilities:Order property and loan documentation such as appraisals, inspections, title searches, site surveys, contracts, and property tax records to help process mortgage loan filesAct as a liaison between applicants, mortgage brokers and loan officers, real estate agents, and mortgage lending underwriters to help further loan approvalAdhere to all lending and regulatory guidelines and policies while preparing the loan filePrepare and submit detailed loan packages to the lender underwriting department for approval or denialInterview prospective loan applicants and assist them in finding the best loan products for their needsQualifications:High school diploma or GED required - Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, or business preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skills are a requirementStrong analytical and time management skills and superior attention to detail2 years minimum experience in loan processing requiredFHA, FHLB, FNMA, or VA loan product knowledge and mortgage lending experience requiredAbout CompanyPreferred Rate is a Top 10 National Mortgage Lender partnered with American Pacific Mortgage.
