You’ll be the gatekeeper, the quarterback, and the reason deals actually get to contract.
Compensation
Base Salary: $55,000 – $65,000 (depending on experience)
Performance Upside (recommended)

- Bonuses per closed loans
- Annual upside for the right performer: $75,000–$90,000
