We are seeking a Skilled CNC Operator to join our team at Preferred Quality Services. In this role, you will be instrumental in producing high-quality components using CNC machinery while ensuring adherence to strict quality standards. Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines according to specifications and production schedules.
- Conduct regular quality checks throughout the manufacturing process.
- Maintain equipment and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to improve production efficiency and quality.
- Document production processes and maintain accurate records of work performed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment. (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of CNC machinery.
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
- Understanding of quality control principles in manufacturing processes.
- Basic knowledge of welding is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
