Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in facilities maintenance, Building painting, and mechanical knowledge. If you have experience in building maintenance and repair, painting, and mechanical ability, we would like to hear from you. Could be part time, choose your hours. Great job for the right person with years of experience but not ready for the Rocking Chair yet. Perhaps you have a relative or friend with lots of skills who would like to stay busy.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of maintenance tasks including plumbing fixtures, carpentry, painting interior and exterior, some grounds keeping, and shop maintenance.
- Maintain equipment and supplies
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company standards and regulations
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in facilities maintenance tasks
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairing equipment
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Proven track record of maintenance ability
