Preferred Pool Management is hiring Supervisors for pools in New Jersey (Somerset, Union, Monmouth, Middlesex, Essex, Morris, Passaic, Hudson, Bergen counties) and New York. This seasonal job runs from April 1st to October 1st.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage pools and lifeguards in assigned territory
- Hire, train, and schedule staff
- Maintain pool cleanliness, adjust chemical levels, and ensure safety protocols
- Complete weekly checklists, conduct pool inspections
- Communicate with staff, patrons, and property management
Requirements:
- Any supervisor/management experience is a plus
- Must have reliable vehicle
- Flexible schedule (weekends/holidays mandatory)
- Basic repair skills (use of drill, ratchet, channel-lock)
- Computer knowledge and attention to detail
- CPO certification required within 1 month of hire date – financial assistance available.

- Average work week: 6 days with 1 day off
- Paid weekly (gas/tolls reimbursed)
