Preferred Personnel Solutions is seeking Assembly Workers to hire at a company located in Lebanon, IN! The ideal candidate should be dependable, have reliable transportation, and available to work full time.
Pay Rate: $16.75/hour
Requirements for Assembly Workers:
After meeting all of PPS' standard qualifications, Candidate must meet below qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment preferred.
- Basic understanding of production processes and quality control standards.
- Basic math and measurement skills.
- Must be willing to submit to a drug screening and background check.
Responsibilities of Assembly Workers:
- Assemble all required filters according to the production schedule.
- Inspect each assembled product.
- Monitor inventory levels of components and materials used in assembly.
- Assist in training new members on assembly procedures.
- Participate in routine equipment checks.
- Record production data accurately.
- Assist with packaging and labeling finished products for shipment or storage.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management.
Shift Details:
- 1st: Monday-Thursday – 5:00 AM-3:30 PM
- 2nd: Monday-Thursday – 3:30 PM-2:00 AM
