What are the responsibilities and job description for the Split Shift Day Services Driver position at Preferred Pathways LLC?
Overview
We are seeking a reliable split shift driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting the people we serve to and from day services. Preferred Pathways is a provider agency for those with developmental disabilities. Our mission statement is to help the people we serve reach their highest potential on their own terms. Hours would range from 15-20 hours per week.
Duties
- Load and unload individuals from the vehicle
- Drive vehicles such as vans.
- Follow schedules and routes efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service during pick up/drop off
- Operate equipment when necessary
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the vehicle
-Maintain an as needed split shift schedule; approximately 7 am-9am & 2:30pm-4:30pm.
Qualifications
- Driving experience is preferred
- Familiarity with route driving and navigation
- Ability to handle tasks efficiently
- Excellent customer service skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
