What are the responsibilities and job description for the Helpdesk Computer Technician position at Preferred Office Technologies?
Preferred Office Technologies has been in business since 1968. This position will be part of our IT Managed Service Provider division. Must be able to work both as part of a 12 person team as well as independently.
6-10 Years PC and Windows Server related experience in commercial environment - REQUIRED
Experience with Windows 7, 8, 10, 11 - A MUST
Experience with not only setting up PCs but actual troubleshooting knowledge
MS 365 experience
MUST be familiar with client VPN, L2TP, PPTP, RDP, DNS
Basic networking skills are REQUIRED
Must be able to work independently with little supervision
Hands-on technical review will be conducted during the interview
Drug Screen, Clean Driving Record, Background Check all Required.
