Monday–Thursday Schedule (3-Day Weekends!)
Frequent Overnight Travel Required

Preferred Metalfab Inc. is looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our team installing decks and related structures on multi-family apartment buildings.
Responsibilities:
✔ Load, unload, and transport decking materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites
✔ Assist with the layout and installation of metal deck framing, supports, and decking systems
✔ Measure, cut, and assemble materials according to project specifications and blueprints
✔ Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
✔ Install railings, stairs, and other deck components
✔ Work at heights using ladders, lifts, scaffolding, and fall protection equipment
✔ Operate skid steers, telehandlers, and aerial lifts when qualified
✔ Maintain a clean and organized work area
✔ Follow all safety, OSHA, and quality standards
✔ Work closely with crew members to complete projects safely and efficiently
✔ Travel to job sites and assist with both field installation and shop preparation work
Qualifications:
✔ Valid driver's license required
✔ Ability to accurately read a tape measure
✔ Comfortable working at heights up to 60 feet
✔ Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 100 pounds
✔ Construction experience required
✔ Welding and fabrication experience preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidate
✔ Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
✔ Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibility
✔ CDL and equipment experience are a plus
