Duties

• Receive inbound calls from potential clients interested in life insurance products, delivering engaging and informative assistance.
• Assess client needs by asking targeted questions, providing tailored insurance options that align with their financial goals.
• Explain policy features, benefits, and coverage options clearly and transparently, ensuring clients understand their choices.
• Assist clients with completing applications accurately, guiding them through the necessary documentation and procedures.

Experience: Not required but preferred

• Experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably within retail sales, telemarketing, or outside sales environments.
• Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—are essential for explaining complex policies clearly.
• Familiarity with sales administration tools and analysis skills to track performance metrics and improve service delivery.

Pay: $95,785.20 - $246,655.30 per year
