Now Hiring: Title Insurance Escrow Processor
We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Title Insurance Escrow Processor to join our team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has the ability to effectively manage multiple files while providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Process residential and/or commercial real estate escrow transactions from contract to closing.
- Prepare and review closing documents for accuracy.
- Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, real estate agents, and attorneys.
- Ensure all title requirements and lender conditions are satisfied prior to closing.
- Manage multiple transactions simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
- Provide professional and courteous communication with clients and business partners.
Experience
- Previous experience in title insurance, escrow, real estate, or a related field is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple files and deadlines.
- Excellent attention to details and accuracy
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, lenders, real estate agents, attorneys, and other business partners
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive or challenging situations with professionalism
