What are the responsibilities and job description for the Insurance Customer Service Representative position at Preferred Insurance Services?
We're looking for a reliable, people-oriented CSR to be the front line of our client experience. You'll handle day-to-day service requests like policy changes, quoting with carriers, billing questions, follow up on renewals and open items, and keep client records accurate in our agency management system. You'll play a key role in maintaining client relationships. This is an in-office position in Draper.
Responsibilities
- Answer client calls and emails, handle policy change requests, and follow up on outstanding items
- Process policy changes, quotes, and renewal reviews in our agency management system
- Keep client records accurate and up to date
Qualifications
- Strong communicator, both on the phone and in writing
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable learning new software
- A positive attitude and genuine interest in helping people
- Utah P&C insurance license is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
